Who owns Soak Swimwear and how did your brand start?
Two beach lovers, KD & Angela decided to design swimwear in 2007 as they found a lack of nice local and mid-priced swimwear in the market. Shopping for bikinis broke our wallets as well and used up a lot of our time just to find the perfect pair with the perfect fit.
It started in 2007, as mentioned, going to the beach and trying to a decent pair cost us too much so we decided to design our own.

What are your marketing / advertising strategies?
We are mainly online based so we aim to stay visible to the online market.
Who is your target market?
We have customers as young as 14, and as old as in their 60’s. It’s all in the mind! Fit mind and body equals younger and healthier outlook in life.
Are your products for local or exporting consumers?
For both, we have customers from many parts of the globe.
We have customers from the States, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Canada, Australia, UAE, etc..
What makes Soak Swimwear different from the other fashion or beach clothing brands?
We try to make our designs as stylish as possible and yet we are very particular with the comfort of the wearer. If we do not want to wear it, then we won’t make it.
What unique products do you have that standout?
We try to make all our pieces stand-out and unique, as much as possible. It is up to the customers to decide what they want more than the others.
